A season here is not just work with a nice view. It’s mountain mornings, resort buzz, an international crowd, and days off in one of the world’s great ski destinations.

From our team
Frequently Asked Questions
We’d rather be straight with people from the start. A season with us is exciting, social and seriously good fun, but it is still hospitality, and winter in resort moves quickly. We also know one of the biggest worries is where you’re going to live, which is why we provide dedicated help sourcing accommodation through our sister company EuroPub Logements.
-
Not necessarily, but it helps. If you've worked in bars, restaurants, hotels or events before, that experience will set you apart. Things move fast in a mountain resort, and the busier it gets, the more that background matters.
We know great people come from all sorts of places, and everyone who joins us goes through a proper induction and team training when the season starts. What we're really looking for is the right attitude, genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, and someone who will show up and give it everything.
-
A strong command of English is essential; our whole operation runs in English, and clear communication within the team is non-negotiable. For front-of-house roles, French is a real asset. Many of our guests are French, and being able to look after them properly makes a big difference.
If you bring exceptional hospitality skills or experience and your French isn't quite there, we'll look at the whole picture. Other languages are always a welcome bonus, too.
-
Accommodation isn't part of our package, so rent is an additional cost you'll need to factor in.
We know finding somewhere to live in the resort is one of the biggest headaches of doing a season, so we work closely with our sister company, EuroPub Logements, which specialises in sourcing and managing accommodation for our teams. We'll put you in touch with them once you've been offered a role, so you're not left to figure it out alone.
-
Yes, every single one. We know applying for jobs takes time and effort, and we think it's only right to come back to you, whether the answer is good news or not. You won't be left wondering.
-
Around 10–15 minutes, something to record some short videos on (like your phone), and two references who are happy to be contacted by email.
That's it! We keep the application easy so you can focus on showing us who you are rather than filling in endless forms.
-
Absolutely! We welcome applicants of all nationalities. For British nationals, we handle the employer side of the work permit application with the French authorities, and we'll guide you through the visa process once approval comes through.
If you're from outside the EU and not British, you'll need to have already started, or be prepared to start, your own process to secure the right to work in France before your season begins.
